Meet Ana

Ana Mernik Bohra is a Silicon Valley real estate advisor and co-founder of Under the Lemon Tree at SERHANT. She advises founders, executives and families buying and selling residential real estate across Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, Sunnyvale and greater Silicon Valley.

With a background in architecture and design, Ana brings an architect’s lens to every real estate decision—evaluating not just a property’s aesthetics, but its flow, functionality, potential, risks and relationship to the life a client wants to build. Her work spans buyer strategy, property evaluation, presentation, positioning and high-stakes decision-making, with particular strength in helping clients recognize opportunities others overlook.

Ana also draws on expertise in Vaastu Shastra and Feng Shui when relevant to a client’s priorities, always as an informed advisory tool rather than a prescriptive framework.

At Under the Lemon Tree, she works alongside co-founder David Lucas to combine architectural thinking, market intelligence, technology, storytelling and negotiation into a highly personal advisory experience.

Her goal is simple: help clients see the full picture, protect what matters, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Seen. Protected. Empowered.
