Meet David

David Lucas is a Silicon Valley real estate advisor and co-founder of Under the Lemon Tree at SERHANT. He advises founders, executives and families buying and selling residential real estate across Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, Sunnyvale and greater Silicon Valley.

With a background in technology, software, executive leadership and marketing, David brings an operator’s perspective to real estate—combining market intelligence, positioning, storytelling, negotiation and technology to create leverage for clients navigating consequential real estate decisions.

His work spans buyer strategy, seller positioning, market analysis, negotiation and high-stakes decision-making, with particular strength in translating complex information into clear strategy and decisive action.

At Under the Lemon Tree, he works alongside co-founder Ana Mernik to combine architectural thinking, market intelligence, technology, storytelling and deeply personal representation.

His goal is simple: help clients understand the landscape, protect their position, and make extraordinary real estate decisions with clarity and confidence.
